Ooni Versus Wuraola, My Advice By Horacle Tunde Atolagbe
A Facebook user by the name Horacle Tunde Atolagbe share
this interesting piece on his page. Read what he wrote:
In as much that I don't support illicit affairs rumoured to
have been committed by Olori Wuraola, the beautiful wife of Ooni, I would have
advised the great Ooni to please think twice on this matter before sending
Wuraola out of the Palace. Kabiyesi should please remember the Proverbs of the
Yoruba which says "Okun ki I ho ruru, kia waa ruru." (Be patient,
complex issues need to be patiently handled)
Perhaps, Wuraola might have commmited the actual
allegations. However, the truth will surface but....(I am not there), I think
there is a better way Kabiyesi and the Oriade's family should treat this
matter. Sending her out is not the best option. Royalty shouldn't encourage
more promiscuity 'If at all there is any in the first instance.' 'Ori bibe,
koni ogun ori fifo' and considering the status of Ooni in the society. Wuraola
should have been better demoted to the backyard of the Palace and that would
have saved us from the hullabaloo and drama of the absurd and damaging rumours
coming from different angles of the Nation and many using her past and that of
Ooni to horrifying level. What a grave opportunity! Who does not even have his
or her past? Kabiyesi as he deems fit can as well go for as many beautiful
damsels as possible than to allow 1% out of 100% of his grace to douse his
royal reputation in the murky of waters of gossip. Kabiyesi should please
remember that 'Eni ti o se un to dun ni loni, ole di ni ola, kio se un to dun
ma n ni.'
With due respect to Oriade, I think he needs to be very
careful, watchful and not allow anybody to push him against his will. Kabiyesi
is not Buhari who does not socialize or know what is going on around him. Ooni
is a well-educated man, well respected in the world with ability to discern the
situation around him. Sending Wuraola out of the Palace may likely end her life
miserably, not even when Ifa Priests began to see different colours in the
moon. 'Kabiyesi ni lati je "Ebure Awo Agba," ki won si fi egun otolo
to. How I wish I have access to the Ooni. I will tell him plain truths from
Cosmic balls.
KABIYESI O! KI ADE O PE LORI O!!!!
