Taraba’s Governor Suntai Relocates to House Bought by His Deputy 3 Days to Handover

According to The Nation, the governor started packing his belongings on Monday, May 25, 2015 and continued that exercise on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Since he reportedly does not own a personal house, his personal items were moved into a new house bought for him by his deputy.

Mr. Suntai has been recovering in Government House following severe brain injuries he sustained in a plane crash on October 25, 2012, a year into his second term as governor.


Abubakar Sani Danladi (the deputy governor) , who has been ruling the state as acting governor is said to have purchased the house the Governor will move into.
