THE FATHERS GALE By Horacle Tundè Ómó Atólagbé
"In a time of deceit,
telling the truth is a revolutionary act" - George Orwell.
No one envisage this would happen
between the two fathers, Obasanjo and Buhari. Not even the former President,
the great Dr. Good luck Jonathan, whom the two fathers openly collaborate to
dislodge and swings a foot on his ambition in 2015. I am not expecting it
either, that, "What goes round would come round between them." No one
really thought about the Book of Galatians, " Be not be deceived by the
lies of the APC, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he
also reap."
It was what Iyabo's father sow
that he is now reaping from Zarah's father who ordinarily couldn't pronounce
corruption very well. "Even a five years old boy knows that it is
corruption and not kwuruption." What you don't know how to pronounce, how
would you fight it?
In 2014/15, the APC leaders and
some rabbles, with Buhari who couldn't comprehend Ota road made Obasanjo's home
their second home to beg Iyabo's father to support Zarah's father. There, just
like they promise us, they promise Obasanjo too and told him that they would
turn a hell to earth and earth to heaven.
On so many occasions, they were
always in Ota, Ogun State to lies. But no one really thought that there would
be a "Bolé ka ja between the two fathers of a Nation.
"Buhari gba eba awín, oyó
tan odí oko olounje (Buhari collected Eba on credit, after he derived
satisfaction, he became the husband of the Eba seller)
Obasanjo considered Buhari, being
also a father, he gave his support to dislodge Jonathan who had a good plan and
intention for Nigeria and Nigerians.
On one visit to Ota, around March
2015 thereabout, after a talk to talk on how to remove Jonathan by all means.
Obasanjo's cook, through his caterer served Buhari a pounded yam with vegetable
and snails meat. Buhari who is not familiar with a pounded yam unlike his
kunnun, being a fulaní man; ate it and thereafter, gale out to the world that
former President, "Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is a courageous patriot and
statesman who tells truth to the power when his convinced leaders are going
wrong."
Buhari in his usual unawareness
tale, forgot that the Biblical Stephen spoke truth to power. Power of course
disliked his(Stephen)doing. And so, power reacted by killing him. Murder is
what power does best. While they were stoning Stephen, he prayer, "Lord
Jesus, receive my spirit."
Then he knelt down and gale out
in a loud voice, "Lord, do not hold the sin of the APC against them."
Obasanjo must be very careful
with the APC. In a time of the APC deceit like now, telling the truth may be
dangerous.
An ingrate Buhari has suddenly
turned to a King Jovivian in William Morris's long poem, entitled, 'THE PROUD
KING."
"King Jovivian was blinded
by pride, thought that he was something more than man, if not equal to God and
until judgment fell on him that none knew him for King."
Buhari's time is up!
Enough of his insipid!
Enough of his tasteless!
Enough of his vacuous!
We cannot continue with Buhari
and expect grace to abound.
Obasanjo's gale against this
government must not be treated with levity.
Obasanjo is a kind of god who
know the fundamental principle of a governance.
Obasanjo is not a novice like
Buhari who is not familiar with a terrain and preponderance of a genuine
democracy. One wonder how he managed to woo a beautiful and gorgeous Aishat
with his slothful development to this Nation.
To the APC, Obasanjo's truth
against them may look nonsense and to those who sympathize with the outgoing
Buhari, that " A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest
men."
Obasanjo is a wise man, one of
the best in Africa and even in whole World. Where is Buhari's position? In many
years to come, Obasanjo's name will be among the likes of Martin Luther King in
America and Albert Luthuli in South Africa who gave their lives for oppressor.
Where is Buhari's position?
When Obasanjo speaks, then agree
with him, he is right, his words are like the cocoa - beans packed with life
and so, when he told us that Buhari is sick in spirit, soul and body, he is
right. It's not an hyperbole. You don't need to be a medical doctor to know.
You don't need to be a Chief Imam to know. You don't need to be a Professor to
know that all is not well with Buhari's health. He is only being push by some
unknown characters.
Buhari cannot be manage as the
President of this Nation.
Buhari need a good rest at home,
perhaps with a beautiful fulaní girl in Daura to help him in a fore play.
Buhari need a rest even from his
unruly party, APC.
It's an Irony to believe that
Obasanjo is sick at this moment. Even "IF" (Emphasis mine) can we
compare the two fathers together as a metaphor? Buhari should stop looking for
Ebora Owu's trouble.
Obasanjo want the best for this
Nation. He want the people to be free from burden of drudgery that makes their
lives such an uphill struggle, so he said, DON'T VOTE BUHARI AGAIN..
Buhari is a failure. Don't
reinforce a failure.
Vote Atiku for President!
